Manuel is responsible for the new “Mobility Consulting” department.
The transition in mobility is leading to more demand for flexibility, attractiveness and sustainability. This requires a strategic reorientation of the conventional mobility offerings in companies. Car subscriptions, mobility budgets and bicycles are replacing or supplementing the conventional company car and job ticket. So, what is often missing? A concept – and framework conditions. As Senior Mobility Consultant at belmoto, I'm responsible for exactly that. I develop and implement bespoke mobility concepts for our customers. In doing so, I accompany them throughout the entire customer journey – from the vision and development of the specific objective to its practical implementation.
Its enormous variety – no project is like any other. You have to adapt to new customers, situations and challenges time and again and develop individual solutions for companies from a wide range of industries. As a consultant, you learn something new every day and develop yourself constantly, something that motivates and drives me enormously. What is more, mobility is also one of the mega topics currently – I really enjoy working in this area and putting my expertise at the service of our customers.
Change ahead! Together with our customers, I strive to develop and implement bespoke mobility solutions that meet the objectives and needs of our customers to the maximum. In doing so, I want to make a meaningful contribution to the transformation of corporate mobility and advise our customers in the best possible way – with a focus on employer attractiveness, sustainability and cost efficiency.

Cathrin looks after our Car Subscription customers as key account manager.
As Key Account Manager at belmoto, I advise our customers both competently and holistically. No matter whether you are looking for a long-term car rental as a Car Subscription, a short-term rental, an e-vehicle or a hybrid model, I will find the right vehicle for you.
I'm a very communicative person with a good sense of humour – these are exactly the qualities I can live out every day in contact with my customers and exchange with my colleagues. I simply really enjoy meeting the needs of our customers and helping them achieve their personal aspirations. Close contact and constant exchange are particularly important to me.
I would like to make my contribution to social change in the field of mobility. To promote e-mobility, demonstrate alternatives and satisfy and optimise the needs of our customers, to get people thinking and to accompany change processes.
Because the idea behind belmoto matches my personal vision. Here I can do exactly what I'm really passionate about - and in a young, dynamic team where fun is never lacking. On the one hand, we have lots of fun together, on the other hand, we actually make a difference as well. We are part of the whole, can contribute and grow together.
